My name is Ivy Mickelson, and I attend the Dent church. This is  the church I grew up in.  I moved away after high school and moved back here 15 years ago.  I enjoy S/PPRC because the committee members are wonderful to work with and we have a good time.  I like knowing what is going on with our church and have input on the decisions that are made. I believe it is important to have this Conflict Resolution Process in place, so we all know how to proceed when a conflict does occur.  Lack of pre-planning can easily create more conflict!

My name is Lyndon Maasjo and I am a member of the Dent UMC. I am grateful for our updated Conflict Resolution Plan because we are a family.  This should keep small differences from becoming large, damaging differences.

My name is Don Garber I am married with 3 kids, 7 grandchildren and two great grand kids. I am a retired farmer. Being a part of the S/PPRC gets me into the workings of both churches, maybe help out with the workings. I am a member of the Dent UMC and grew up in it. The word grateful doesn’t come to mind when the Conflict Resolution Process is mentioned. It is good to have something in place.

My name is Jane Wasvick. I am a retired nurse and belong to the Vergas church where I also play the piano for services.  I also serve on the Ad Council. I enjoy being part of the S/PPRC because I get to meet and interact with people from both churches sharing ideas.  I am grateful for the Conflict Resolution Process because it helps me to think about how to improve relationships and resolve issues before they get out of hand.
